When you order a commission, you get a maximum of two revisions; one at the sketch stage and another one at the final stage. Once the artwork is complete, I will send you photos for approval. After that, I will make the necessary changes or ship the portrait if you’re happy with it.
I don’t normally accept returns or offer refunds because I work closely with my clients to make sure they’re happy with their orders. However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with the finished piece (e.g., it looked different than in photos, the quality isn’t to your standard, etc), please contact me and I will refund 25% of the portrait’s total cost.
In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please send me an email at email@example.com providing photos of the defective product, and I‘ll gladly replace/refund the order.
Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received.
I reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
