The products in the shop have been designed by Jessica Araus, and they are made to order using a print on demand service called Printful. They print, package, and ship products for us.
Printful takes 2-5 business days to create products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
- USA: 3-5 business days after fulfillment.
- Europe: 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
- Everywhere else: 10-20 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping prices and packaging
We use a live rate system. This means that shipping prices are calculated at the time of placing your order. Shipping prices depend on product type and destination.
You will receive an email with the order’s tracking info if it’s available. This depends on the level of service you select on your cart/check out page. Please note that tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.
If you ordered multiple items, these may be delivered at different times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. E.g. we send our posters in super-durable tubes. Obviously, a mug won’t fit in there.
Shipping prices are cumulative. If you order products that require different packaging, then you’ll have to add the full shipping price for all of the products you’re ordering.
Package lost in transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If you provided a wrong address or an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, then you are held responsible for replacement costs.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. Please contact us at email@example.com. Mention your order number and provide photos of the defective product, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
In the case of t-shirts, size exchanges are offered. Please contact us before returning any products.
